Add fine sugar to egg yolks and mix well, then add sugar and milk and mix well.

Sift in the low-gluten flour and cocoa powder and mix well.

Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites, add sugar gradually and beat until stiff peaks form. Add 1/3 of the beaten egg whites to the egg yolk batter and mix well

Then pour the mixed egg yolk paste into the remaining egg whites and mix evenly.

Pour the cake batter into the paper cup 70% full and put it in the oven at 160 degrees for 25 minutes.

After taking the cake out and letting it cool, cut off the excess and spread it with whipped cream.

Then mount the flower shape, sprinkle with rose petals, and add sugar for slight decoration.
