Pan-fried lean meat slices
Overview
Thinking that there are still barbecue ingredients and herbs left, and there is lean meat in the ice skin, I immediately started to make fried lean meat slices. It is simple and fast, and it tastes like barbecue. I am too lazy to use the oven, so it is convenient to just use a pan!

Slice the lean meat, add ginger, a little oil, salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, barbecue seasoning, vanilla, and chicken essence! Catch it evenly!
