Beat the eggs, add milk and sugar, sift in the flour, dig a small hole in the flour pile, put in the yeast, bury the yeast, stir with chopsticks until it is powder-free, then pour it into the bread machine, start the dough mixing process, wait for 15 minutes, then add chopped butter, continue to start the dough fermentation process, for a total of one and a half hours, take out the dough and check the film. After taking out the dough, drain the air out of the dough with your hands. You can use a rolling pin to beat the dough, then cover it with a cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes. If it doesn't rest, it won't be rolled out into pieces. After waking up, the dough will become larger and rolled into a 1CM thick sheet. The thickness can be determined according to personal preference, because I like the finished donut to be thick and solid. If you like a delicate one, you can roll it out thinner. But it is not recommended to be thicker, because after fermentation, the holes in the middle will disappear, and it will no longer look like a donut. hehe.

Use a mold to press out the donut shape on it, and prepare a piece of oil paper (I used the one I used yesterday to bake cookies, and found it to be very good, and it didn't stick even after fermentation). Place the pressed donuts on the oil paper. It's best to use a spatula because freshly shaped donuts are soft and can easily deform. Then put it in the oven to ferment for 40 minutes. Use scissors to carefully cut the oil paper, as shown in the picture. Do not touch the fermented donuts, as they are very easy to deform. Also, when laminating the film at the beginning, don’t touch it after it’s pressed. The one in the lower right corner is the most beautiful and was the last one made. It was not touched during the whole process. The previous ones were all groping and some moved slightly, so the shape was not that beautiful. Then burn a pot of oil, with as much oil as possible so that the donuts can float completely. Then gently grasp both sides of the oil paper and slide the donuts into the oil pan. It will take about 10 seconds to flip the donuts, and it will take about 10 seconds to take them out. Coat with chocolate and decorate and it's done.
