Except butter and chocolate beans, mix the rest of the ingredients into a dough. You can use a whisk or your hands to knead it. The dough will be smooth and not as sticky as it was at the beginning.

Add butter and continue kneading until it is no longer sticky to your hands.

Divide the dough into two parts and add chocolate beans to one part

Mix evenly and knead the dough until it is slightly chewy

Each piece is divided into about 15 grams, or 20 grams. The larger mochi tastes better. I like to make smaller ones with a slightly harder and chewier skin

Shape it into a round ball and put it into the baking pan, flatten it slightly

Put it into the Dongling K30A oven, adjust to function 1, set the time to 25 minutes, the upper tube temperature is 180, and the lower tube temperature is 160. If you think the color is too dark or too hard, adjust the upper tube temperature to 175
