Electric pan version of handmade mooncakes
Overview
1. Press the red beans in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes, crush them with a mixer, and fry them in a pan to make red bean paste. 2. Mix oil + flour to make oil noodles. 3. Honey + flour, make it into sugar noodles. 4. Divide the bean paste, oil, and sugar noodles into raisins of the same size. 5. Wrap the bean paste filling with sugar noodles first, and then wrap it with oil noodles. 6. Press the mooncake mold into the desired shape. 7. Bake with an electric pancake pan (because there is no oven, so the last step is to use an electric pancake pan).
