Curry fish balls
Overview
Curry fish balls are actually a super simple and quick delicacy to make! I originally planned to make it mildly spicy, but my little one doesn't like spicy food, so I chose the original curry. After cooking, add tomato sauce and the kids love it!

Have all the ingredients ready. Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes, half-cook the curry, you can add more if you like it to be more flavorful. I originally wanted to put a third of it in, but I bought the original flavor so I put in more. The amount of curry can be adjusted according to personal preference.

Wash the fish eggs, wash the potatoes, cut them into pieces and put them into the pot together. You don’t need to add too much water, just enough to cover the fish eggs. Then put a little oil and boil.

After boiling for 5 minutes, add the curry, turn down the heat and simmer slowly for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally in the middle, otherwise the bottom of the pot will easily become sticky. Just simmer until the soup is very thick.

I forgot to take pictures as soon as I started cooking! This was already served for the kids and I didn’t remember to take a photo until they were almost finished eating! The kids all said it tasted great!
