Braised prawns
Overview
My husband went back to his hometown once and bought some crayfish from our place. We have always loved to eat it, but it is less available in Guangdong. I haven’t made it in a long time. After it was simply braised, my daughter still ate it with gusto.

Pull out the shrimp threads from the crayfish, brush them clean one by one with a small brush, then soak them in water, add some vinegar, and soak them for half an hour.

Remove and drain.

Add dried chilies, shredded ginger and garlic into the pot and sauté until fragrant

Pour in the crayfish, stir-fry, add cooking wine, soy sauce, and sugar and simmer. You can add a small amount of water. When cooked, add salt to taste. Add MSG and coriander before serving.
