Soak the bean sprouts in water for more than 4 hours in advance

Boil the pork belly in water for 30 minutes

Remove and drain

Brush soy sauce on the skin of the meat, brush several times

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and fry the pork belly skin side down

Fry the meat skin until golden brown and bubbles appear on the surface, take it out and put it into cold water

Place the cut meat into a bowl with the skin side down

Put appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add chopped green onion and sauté

Add bean sprouts and stir-fry

Add appropriate amount of water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and salt, stir-fry evenly

Place the fried bean sprouts on top of the pork belly and steam in a steamer for 1 hour

Remove the steamed meat from the steamed meat grate

Put the pork belly into the plate

Pour the soup out of the grate into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water starch, and thicken the soup
