Garlic Chili Sauce
Overview
Chili sauce is a daily necessities at home. After making chopped chili sauce last time, I really wanted to try other chili sauces this time, and I wanted something not so spicy, so I made this garlic chili sauce with the intention of giving it a try. The chili sauce was already very fragrant when I was cooking it. It was so delicious. It was finally cooked and I took a bite. It has a light spiciness and a strong garlic aroma. It can be used as a seasoning for noodles or other kinds of delicious food!

This time I bought a pound of chili, and after filling two bottles, there was still a small bowl left. I drank up the small bowl of hot sauce that night. It's very fragrant and not spicy. If you like it, try it now~
