Three-color mousse

Summer has arrived unknowingly. In the past few days, the temperature has been significantly higher. Every time the children come home from school, the first thing they do is take off their clothes and shoes, and they keep shouting: "It's so hot, so hot." Only then did I, a belated mother, remember to make some snacks for my children to relieve the heat. I just happened to have a large bottle of whipping cream newly opened at home to continue processing, and I also received various jams from Natural Forest. Well, for children to eat, the ingredients must be carefully checked. Natural Forest’s jam has added phosphorus and has a light fruity aroma, unlike the ones outside. It has a pungent aroma and you can see the whole fruit. Usually I like to spread them on bread and toast to eat. This time, I added them to the mousse liquid, which can not only add some flavor to the mousse, but also play a role in coloring. It really kills two birds with one stone.

I have prepared two kinds of jam and plan to make several more colors of mousse

Soak the gelatine sheets in cold water until soft

Heat the milk in the microwave for one minute, add the soaked gelatin slices, and stir until melted

Add light cream and sugar, put it into a clean container, and beat until smooth texture appears

Divide the whipped cream into three parts and put them in three containers respectively. Add two jams to two of them

Mix well

Put the three colors of mousse liquid into a piping bag and squeeze it into an oiled silicone mold

Place in the refrigerator for a few hours

Once the mousse becomes hard, it's ready to be eaten. Gently press it against the bottom of the silicone mold, lift it up, and the mousse will be released from the mold
