Prepare the egg liquid, cornstarch, and fried powder. Peel and devein the shrimps. Marinate them with a little salt and pepper for 20 minutes.

Coat the shrimp with a layer of cornstarch.

Add another layer of egg wash.

Finally stick a layer of fried powder. Glue them all in order.

Heat the oil pan until it is 90% hot and add the sticky shrimps. Start frying over medium-low heat.

Fry until the surface is slightly brown, drain the oil and take it out temporarily. Heat the oil again later and fry again until the surface is golden brown.
