Sautéed Squid
Overview
This fried squid with Korean chili sauce is not only a private dish, but also a private dish. Because my family is not very interested in this chili sauce, I usually eat it alone~~ I originally thought of using seafood sauce to stir-fry it, but I ran out of it at home, so I tried it with chili sauce. The fried squid was delicious, sweet and spicy, and it was delicious~~ Unfortunately, no one in my family shared it with me, so I had to share it with everyone here, haha

Wash the squid, remove the internal organs and bones, tear off the purple skin and cut it with a knife, cut the onion into strips, and mince the onion

Then blanch the squid and immediately remove it and drain it

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and heat until 7 or 8 layers are cooked

Add squid and stir-fry quickly

Add chili sauce and a small amount of light soy sauce to bring out the aroma
