Cut the meat into pieces, cut along the stripes of the meat, and wash it with boiling water to remove the bloody smell

Add cinnamon, onion, ginger and meat and put in pressure cooker for 15 minutes.

Let the pressed meat cool and then put it into a plastic bag. Use a rolling pin to pound the meat and roll it out

Use a fork to mash the meat and scrape it into thin pieces. You can also tear it apart with your hands. The thinner the better

Turn on low heat, put oil in the pot, pour in meat, white sugar, soy sauce, salt and stir-fry evenly

Quickly fry dried pork floss. Remember to pound the meat while frying to make it fluffier
