Cold noodles with side dishes
Overview
The temperature in Nanjing has been 36-38 degrees these days. The hot weather makes people upset and they don’t know what to eat. It just so happens that my son also likes to eat noodles, so let’s make an appetizing cold noodle dish. I made a cold salad with enoki mushrooms and snow peas as a side dish. The noodles were soaked in cold water and were particularly refreshing. Today’s meal was very satisfying. The recipe is simple. I will share it with you. I hope everyone has a good appetite...
