Sorbet is a Western-style dessert that tastes like ice cream. It does not contain milk, cream, or eggs, so it tastes more refreshing!

Put the sugar in a bowl and add boiling water to dissolve

Peel the mango, remove the flesh and cut into small pieces

Put the mango pulp into the cooking cup

Add rum

Beat with a hand mixer
