Remove the wrapping paper from the tofu and place it upside down on a plate, cut it open with a knife and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add river crucian carp and fry on both sides.

Then, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, ginger slices and water.

Bring to a boil and cook until the soup turns slightly white.

Then, add the tofu and bring to a boil, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence.

Season and stir evenly and remove from the pan.
