Simple mango snack bag
Overview
This is a simple mango meal bag. Why? The bread machine is used for kneading the dough, and the oven is used for baking. Put the ingredients directly into the bread bucket, knead it into the required dough, ferment it twice, then bake it for 15 minutes, and the fragrant mango snack bag is ready~! During this period, there is no need for plastic surgery or even rounding. It is really a lazy approach~!

After cutting the mango with a knife, remove the core and keep the pulp for later use;

Crack the eggs into a bowl and weigh 50g. Generally, one egg is 50g. The dough of this recipe is relatively soft. If you want to shape it, change the egg liquid to 22g;

Put all the ingredients in the raw materials and accessories (except butter) into the bread bucket in the order of liquid first, then powder;

After 30 minutes, add softened butter and start the “dough kneading” program again;

The dough that has been kneaded can pull out the film and is not easily punctured. Even if it is punctured, it will be regularly round. This means that the dough is well kneaded;

Place the dough in the bread machine and start the "fermentation" program. After 1 hour, the volume of the dough has doubled. Dip a little dry flour into the dough with your finger and poke it on the dough to make sure it does not shrink or collapse;

Press out the air from the fermented dough with your hands, divide it into 40g pieces, knead it a little, and let it rest for 15 minutes;

Place the relaxed dough on a baking sheet lined with tin foil, put it in the oven, and ferment until the volume doubles. Take it out (fermentation method: put a basin of hot water at the bottom of the oven, put the baking sheet into the oven, close the ovens, and turn off the power. The fermentation will be completed in about 40 minutes);

Brush a layer of water or egg wash on the dough;

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the baking sheet into the middle rack of the oven, and bake for 15 minutes on top and bottom heat;
