Pick the amaranth, wash and set aside.

Pat the garlic, peel it, and sauté it in an oil pan until fragrant.

Pour the amaranth to be used into the pot and stir-fry until the amaranth becomes purple soup. Add a little salt and a little chicken powder, mix well and serve.
