After the water boils, add the chicken legs, green onions and white wine, cover and cook for 10 minutes, turn off the heat, then soak for about 20 minutes, then tear the chicken legs into pieces and set aside

Chop the garlic, chili, and coriander into small cubes. Cut the small tomatoes into quarters (you can add more chili if you like it spicy)

Thai sweet chicken sauce/sweet chili sauce, you can buy it in supermarkets

tablespoons of sweet chili sauce, 3 tablespoons of fish sauce, juice from half a lemon, and about 2 tablespoons of sugar (you can season according to your own taste)
