Condensed milk toast
Overview
This toast is not very different from the basic white toast, but because of the addition of condensed milk, the taste becomes richer. The most important thing when making toast is that the box is easy to use, so that it can be easily demolded and the toast will be beautiful. This is what it looks like after it is poured out. If it is a non-stick mold, remember to apply a layer of butter and sprinkle with a layer of flour when making it.

Steps
-
Weigh the ingredients except butter and add them to the bread bucket in order of liquid first and then powder.
-
Start a dough kneading program. After the dough kneading program is completed, take a small piece of dough and test it. You can see that it can be stretched easily, but it is easy to break and the surface is rough.
-
Add previously softened butter and start a dough kneading process.
-
After the dough mixing process is completed, take a small piece of dough and pull out a very thin glove film, and that's it.
-
Shape the dough into a round, place it in a bread barrel, cover with plastic wrap and ferment.
-
Ferment until 2 to 2.5 times the size of the original dough. (Dip a little flour with your finger and poke a hole. The hole will not collapse or shrink. This way it is ready to ferment)
-
Take out the dough and deflate it gently, divide into three equal parts, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes.
-
For the first rolling, take a portion of the dough and roll it up and down from the middle into a ox tongue shape.
-
Fold the top and bottom in half to form a rectangle.
-
Roll out the three pieces of dough in turn and let them rise again for 10 minutes.
-
For the second roll, take a portion of the dough, roll it into a long strip, and roll out the bottom edge thinly.
-
Turn over and roll up gently from top to bottom, about 2.5 times. (Try not to exceed three turns)
-
Roll it out and put it into the toast box.
-
Ferment until 2 to 2.5 times its original size.
-
Brush the surface evenly with a layer of whole egg wash, and sprinkle with a little sesame seeds and melon seeds.
-
Place in the preheated oven, middle rack, 170 degrees, for 45 minutes. Cover with tin foil after the surface is colored.
