Steamed cod with mushrooms

Ingredients: Cod, shiitake mushrooms (don’t throw away the water for soaking the shiitake mushrooms for later use), green onions, ginger, lettuce.

After thawing the cod, take a little salt and gently massage both sides of the fish to help absorb the flavor.

Shred the green onions, shred the ginger, and shred the lettuce and set aside.

Cut off the stems of shiitake mushrooms.

Slice with diagonal knife.

Arrange shredded green onion and ginger on the bottom of the plate.

Arrange the shiitake mushrooms on the cod, put them into a steamer, and steam over high heat for 8 minutes. Take them out and pour away the water at the bottom of the dish.

Next, make the sauce: Pour an appropriate amount (about 40 grams) of mushroom water into the pot, heat it over high heat, add salt, steamed fish and tempeh, and light soy sauce. When the soup becomes fragrant, turn off the heat and pour it on the mushrooms.
