Salt and pepper taro (air fryer version)
Overview
I looked at the air fryer a few years ago and struggled with it for a while, but then I still thought it was impractical and didn't buy it. As a result, now that I have a fryer, I feel that it is not too convenient! Not only can it bake snacks, French fries, potato chips, chicken wings, etc., it can also cook, such as salt and pepper shrimp grilled pork belly, which is more convenient and trouble-free than an oven. Today’s salt and pepper taro dish does not need to be boiled, burned or steamed. It is simple and does not require an open flame. It only requires you to have an air fryer or oven. Even a novice in the kitchen can easily make it. If you like the salt and pepper flavor, add pepper salt and so on. If you like sweet taste, add honey. In short, whatever you like.
