Spicy Fried Fish Nuggets
Overview
The fish nuggets were brought from my hometown. They were also semi-finished products made by my mother. They were salted first, fried in oil, and sun-dried for a while. My parents were always afraid that we would not eat well, so they would bring us a lot of food every time we came home. We could simply stir-fry it ourselves. I love the special deliciousness.

Prepare the ingredients

Ginger, garlic and millet grains, sliced and set aside

Preheat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant

Add millet grains and stir-fry

Add fish pieces, 1 spoon cooking wine, stir-fry for 2 minutes, simmer half a bowl of water until the water dries up

Plate and eat.
