Clean the cabbage.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add some salt and oil, and blanch the cabbage until cooked.

Take it out and put it in a basin.

Mince garlic and chili pepper.

Put oil in the pot, sauté minced garlic and chili over low heat, add light soy sauce and oyster sauce.

Pour over the cabbage.
