Konjac Chicken
Overview
Our family has a strong taste, so I usually cook some spicy and delicious dishes. Konjac chicken is also my favorite dish. Most people are not used to eating konjac. A message from Chunmiao: I hope you will grow up quickly:)

Wash the chicken.

Pour in soy sauce, salt, Sichuan peppercorns, pepper, and sugar.

Add hot sauce.

Mix well and soak for more than 20 minutes.

Prepare condiments: onion, ginger and garlic.

Cut the konjac into pieces and boil it in boiling water.

Fully prepared.

Heat oil over high heat and stir-fry the soaked chicken until cooked, add konjac, onion, ginger and garlic, and stir-fry for another 10 minutes.
