Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the chicken wings and soak them in water for 30 minutes to remove the blood.
-
Add all [auxiliary materials] ingredients to the pot, stir well, and add chicken wings.
-
Bring the pot to a boil over high heat, turn to medium-low heat, and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Turn off the heat when the chicken wings are cooked.
-
Cover and cool the cooked chicken wings until they are completely cool, then use chopsticks to remove the moisture.
-
Place a large piece of tin foil in a dry pot and put brown sugar in the tin foil.
-
Place the chicken wings flat on the grill, turn on the heat, and close the lid.
-
Smoke over medium heat. For about 5 minutes, water vapor will appear on the lid. You can hear the crackling sound of steam evaporating from the edge of the pot lid, and smoke will continue to come out of the pot. Wait for about 1 minute until the smoke fills the pot and turn off the heat.
-
After about 3 minutes, wait for the smoke to dissipate, open the lid and take out the chicken wings, and the smoking is completed.
