Ingredients
Steps
-
Slice the pork, then shred it with a knife (just put a small amount of meat, not as much as in the picture), add a little salt, stir in starch, and marinate
-
Slice the carrots with a diagonal knife and then shred them (if you are too lazy to cut them, you can use a special tool to grate them)
-
Wash the green peppers, remove the pepper seeds inside, and cut them into strips
-
Add garlic and sauté the pork until fragrant (don’t fry for too long, otherwise the meat will burn)
-
Heat oil, add green pepper and stir-fry, then add green pepper
-
Put the meat in, stir-fry evenly, and it's ready to serve.
