〖Bamboo Shoot Braised Pork Belly〗
Overview
My husband is a meat lover, and the days when he has meat are always extremely joyful. Dried bamboo shoots with meat is a delicious dish. I guess many people like it...The meat is oily but not greasy, and the dried bamboo shoots absorb the delicious gravy. It tastes better than braised pork. But after eating, only the meat is left...I always feel that the bamboo shoots are not enough...and my husband ends up using this soup to soak rice. This guy really knows how to eat
