Salted Kumquat
Overview
Salted kumquat has a very good effect of relieving cough and reducing phlegm. Many people in Guangdong make it every year, and the longer it is marinated, the better. Whenever you have a cold, cough or throat discomfort, take out a salted kumquat and drink it with water. This is also a folk remedy.
