  3. Add 50 grams of corn oil, sifted red bean puree, and 150 grams of white sugar to a non-stick pan and stir-fry with a rubber spatula

  4. Start using medium heat, remember to stir fry constantly to prevent the bottom from becoming sticky. Turn to medium to low heat and continue frying

  5. Stir-fry until the bean paste does not stick to the spatula (not too dry, because it will be drier after cooling than when hot)
