Strawberry Cup Cake
Overview
It’s the strawberry season again, and fresh strawberries look particularly tempting. Add some strawberries when baking cakes, and they will taste sour and sweet. It’s also easy to carry as a gift to relatives and friends!

Steps
-
Mix cooking oil, butter and water, heat over low heat and stir until butter melts and set aside.

Separate the egg yolks and egg whites and put them into oil-free and water-free containers respectively. Add sugar to the egg whites and beat until wet foam. Add the beaten egg yolks and mix evenly.
-
Sift in the flour and mix evenly.

Pour in the mixed liquid of water, butter and cooking oil, and mix quickly to avoid defoaming.

Cut the mixed cake batter.
-
Pour the cake batter into the paper cup, fill it 70%, and add the pre-cut strawberries.
-
Put it into the lower shelf of the preheated oven and heat it up and down to 170 degrees for 35 minutes. (This is the one with mango, I forgot to take a photo of the one with strawberry)
-
After taking it out of the oven, let it cool before eating.

Relatives and friends are full of praise.

Pair it with yogurt and fruit for a delicious and nutritious breakfast!
