Cut white radish into cubes.

Cut onions and garlic into sections.

Put a little more oil in the pot.

When the oil is hot, add the white radish.

Stir-fry 60% to 70% of the water out of the radish, and the edges will be slightly burnt.

Take out the radish and add green onion, ginger and dried chili to the remaining oil in the pot.

Stir-fry the radish, add cooking wine and soy sauce and stir-fry.

Put in hot water and boil for 10 minutes.
