Soak the gelatine sheets in water until soft.

Pour the milk into the pot, add sugar, and bring to a boil.

Add 10g gelatine sheets, stir until melted, and let cool.

Pour 1/3 into the cup.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until solid.

Squeeze the watermelon into juice and filter out the pulp.

Add the remaining 10g of gelatine sheets.

Stir in hot water until melted.

Let cool and then pour into the solidified milk glass.

Place in the refrigerator again and chill until solid.

Finally, pour the remaining milk into the cup and refrigerate until it solidifies.

After solidification, put some diced watermelon on the surface for decoration.
