Wild gardenia.

Remove the stamens and clean them.

Blanch it in a pot of boiling water for 1 minute, take it out and soak it in cold water for half an hour.

Cut the sauced meat into strips, cut the ginger, garlic, and green onions into sections and set aside.

Put a little oil in the pot, add the sauce meat and stir-fry until fragrant.
