Stir-fried sausage with green garlic
Overview
The Cantonese-style sausage tastes a bit sweet, and to be honest, I didn’t like it at first, so the sausage my dad bought for me has been kept in the refrigerator. This season's green garlic is rich in flavor and very fresh and crisp, so I bought it and cooked it with sausages. I didn't expect it to be unexpectedly delicious, and it even goes well with rice.
