White porridge

Cut the chicken breast into cubes and chop some ginger

Add oil, salt, pepper and sweet potato starch and mix well

Prepare all the ingredients, chop some green onions, peel and slice the preserved eggs

Put the white porridge in a small soup pot and bring to a boil

Boil the preserved eggs for about 3 minutes, stir with chopsticks to avoid burning the bottom

Then add the chicken pieces and cook for 2 minutes

Stir gently with chopsticks
