Fried potato shreds
Overview
Recently I like to use Clay Pot King's shallow pot for cooking. This is a casserole that can withstand 800 degrees dry cooking without cracking. It can be used for frying, frying and cooking. After cooking, it can also be used as tableware and served directly to the table. It is really convenient. Today I used it as a fryer again and made crispy fried potato shreds.

Ingredients
Steps
-
One large potato, washed and peeled.
-
Cut it into shreds of even thickness. I was lazy and used a food processor.
-
Add salt and freshly ground black pepper and mix well.
-
Put the casserole on the stove and preheat over high heat.
-
Add half a pot of oil. When testing the oil temperature, put a shredded potato in. If it sinks, it means the oil is not warm enough. If the shredded potato bubbles and floats up, it means it is ready for frying.
-
Pinch a handful of shredded potatoes, put them into the hot oil and pull them apart.
-
Fry until slightly golden and take it out.
-
Crispy snacks are ready.
