Hot and sour buckwheat noodles - a must-have for losing weight in summer
Overview
Those who often read my recipes should know that the noodle recipes are not updated very much. I mostly eat standard southern rice. Recently, I saw on many food apps that everyone is selling soba noodles of various flavors, so I thought that I would try it too. The weather is still very hot, so I decided to make this spicy and sour flavor first. It is an ice-cold cold sour and spicy appetizer. And it is said that this zero-fat buckwheat noodle is essential for weight loss, haha, although I don’t need to lose weight at the moment.

There is no fixed brand of soba noodles. I got this kind from a friend's house and it is said that it is necessary for zero-fat weight loss, so I brought a lot of it back. Boil the water and put the buckwheat noodles in and cook until they are medium cooked. If it is too soft, it will taste bad.
-
When cooking noodles, prepare ice water in a slightly larger container. After a while, the cooked noodles can be cooled down and then put into the prepared ice water to stir for a better taste.
-
If you like spicy food, you can cut more millet and make it smaller so it looks better.
-
Chop garlic and ginger into small pieces.
-
Coriander is the soul.
-
Wash the cucumber, remove the pulp and cut it into thin strips. You can cut more to lose weight. This tastes pretty good if you put it in.
-
I happened to have some onions at home and cut some into small cubes.
-
Cut off the back of the shrimp and remove the string, blanch and peel the shells and set aside.
-
Put the cut side dishes into a larger container. I cut some lemon slices into it. If you like the sour and spicy taste, you can also squeeze some lemon juice appropriately.
-
About three spoons of light soy sauce.
-
A spoonful of oyster sauce.
-
Half a spoon of sugar, a little white pepper, salt, chicken powder.
-
Put some of the cucumber shreds in now, and you can add the other part when the noodles are mixed.
-
Then there are the shrimps.
-
Throw in the coriander leaves.
-
Stir evenly, taste the taste to see if you like what you want to add or omit. Everyone's taste is different, so the ingredients you add can't be too specific.
-
After it's done, marinate it for about twenty minutes. If you have time, you can put it in the refrigerator for the summer. It'll be easier to eat when it's cold, and it will taste better.
-
Take out the soba noodles in advance, drain the water and put a little into your favorite container.
-
Then you can pour a little of what you just prepared into it and mix well.
-
This is really suitable for summer. You can change the side dishes to your favorite, and you can also put some tomatoes in it. I'm going to change the flavor next time and put some shredded chicken breast in it.
-
When you see this, hurry up and buy some noodles.
