Ingredients
Steps
-
Remove the yellow leaves from the leeks, wash and dry them, chop into small pieces, and marinate with a little salt to remove the moisture.
-
Squeeze out the water from the leeks and put into the minced meat marinated with salt, cooking wine, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper and a small spoonful of vegetable oil.
-
Wear disposable gloves or mix it with your hands and refrigerate it for an hour or two (don't skip it if you don't have time).
-
Take a piece of dumpling wrapper (I bought it), put an appropriate amount of meat filling in the middle, and wrap it according to your own method.
-
Wrap them one by one.
-
Boil water in a pot, add dumplings and cook.
-
Cook until the dumplings float, a minute or two longer.
-
Take it out and put it into a soup bowl, add a spoonful of bone soup and two cooked vegetables, and the deliciousness is ready!
-
You can also fish it out and eat it with dip.
-
Add the dipping sauce made of light soy sauce and mature vinegar to the chopped green onions that have been sautéed in hot oil in advance.
-
Eat whatever you want!
