A very delicious kidney bean stew. It’s best to use lentils. Very tasty and thick meat. The photo doesn’t look good, but it’s delicious!

Heat star anise and peppercorns in warm oil. Then add onion and ginger

Add pork belly and stir-fry. When both sides are bloodless, add the beans and stir-fry

Keep frying until the beans are about medium cooked, add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and continue to stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add garlic cloves

Add water and stir fry the beans. Cover the pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. When the soup juice is reduced, reduce the juice over high heat. Get out of the pot!
