This was the breakfast drink one day: egg and peanut soup. It's simple to make, but delicious and nutritious. It is also a flavor that my family loves very much. When I cook this in winter, I usually start soaking the peanuts after dinner, and then make a reservation before going to bed. I can drink it when I wake up in the morning, which is very convenient. Now that the weather is hot, it is not suitable to make an appointment for such a long time. I soak the peanuts in the refrigerator before going to bed and cook them when I get up the next morning.

Prepare peanuts and eggs.

Wash the peanut kernels and soak them in water for half a day. (It is best to keep them in the refrigerator in summer to avoid becoming sour)

After soaking, put it in the pressure cooker and cook it according to the time you need. You can drink it when you get up in the morning. (When making peanut soup, I usually use the bean tendon function, so it will be very soft after cooking)

Pour appropriate amount of peanut soup as needed into a small soup pot and bring to a boil.

Then slowly pour in the evenly stirred egg liquid and bring to a boil, then add a little sugar. (If you don’t add eggs, add a little sugar after cooking and eat it directly)
