Prepare wheat flour.

Slowly add cold water until the flour forms into flakes.

Knead the snowflake-shaped dough into a dough. It just doesn't stick to your hands. It doesn't matter if the surface is not smooth. Wrap it with plastic wrap and let it rest.

When washing leeks, add appropriate salt, soak for 10 minutes, and then rinse with water.
