Crispy Supreme Seafood Pizza
Overview
Ever since I bought an oven last month, I have always wanted to make pizza. Forgive me for my inexplicable love for pizza. But to be honest, this is the first time I tried to make this crispy Supreme Seafood Pizza today. Although the appearance is not as exquisite as the outside, no matter from kneading the dough, fermentation, preparation of ingredients and final baking, it is all carefully made by myself. The final taste is naturally quite delicious~~ (To be honest, kneading the dough is really tiring. I have no experience at all. Fortunately, it was successful in the end.)

Prepare pie crust: First mix high flour and low flour, add sugar and salt and mix. Add warm water to melted yeast.

Add the remaining warm water in portions and stir continuously to form a dough.

After kneading the dough with your hands, place it on the chopping board and knead for about 5 minutes. Once the dough is smooth, you can add corn oil and continue kneading. If you want it to be stronger, you can beat the dough several times.

After the dough is kneaded and smooth, it can be placed in a basin and covered with plastic wrap for the first fermentation. At this temperature, it took me about an hour to ferment.

This is fermented dough, which will smell like wine. Dip your finger in flour and insert it. The hole will not shrink after you pull it out. Press your finger gently, and the small pits on the dough will slowly return to their original shape. The holes in the internal tissue of the dough are relatively small, uniform and fine. Knead it into a smooth dough again, cover it with plastic wrap and let it ferment for 15 minutes.

After fermentation, directly divide the dough into two pieces, roll the dough into a round cake with a thin middle and thick edges, and place it in a greased 9-inch pizza pan.

For the last fermentation, you can put it in the oven at a temperature of about 38 degrees for 30 minutes.

Poke some small holes in it with a fork.

Prepare the fillings, marinate the shrimps with cooking wine, black pepper, and salt for half an hour.

Spread with tomato sauce or pizza sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

Place a layer of sausage discs around the crust.

Add a circle of marinated shrimps.

Sprinkle corn kernels, peas and diced green peppers in the center.

Sprinkle another layer of mozzarella cheese.

Place in a preheated oven at 220 degrees. Adjust the temperature according to your own oven.

Bake for 15 minutes, take out and top with remaining mozzarella cheese and bake for 5 minutes. It takes a total of 20 minutes to bake.
