Overview
The salted egg yolk I made yesterday, which I quickly pickled with salt, is a bit salty and cannot be used as a snack, but can only be used for cooking. I will use it to make Jinsha Tofu today.

Homemade tofu

Cut a rectangle and then cut into strips with a diagonal knife

Then cut crosswise into diamond-shaped slices.

Put oil in the pot and fry the tofu slices

Brown one side and then fry the other side. Brown both sides and set aside.

Homemade salted egg yolk

Chop into cubes and stir-fry in a pot

Add a little water and rice wine to stir-fry, and stir-fry the egg yolks until they become sandy

Pour in the fried tofu and stir-fry evenly until the egg yolk evenly coats the tofu
