Drain the cooked beef brisket, add rock sugar to the pot (note that the rock sugar must be slowly simmered in a hot pot with cold oil) and stir-fry the sugar color! After the sugar is well colored, you can add Sichuan peppercorns, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and salt and stir-fry for a while!
-
Put the fried beef brisket into the pressure cooker and add an appropriate amount of water! Then add carrots and seasonings (onions, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, tomato slices, salt, light soy sauce), stir with chopsticks and taste for saltiness. Put the pressure cooker on high heat and simmer. When you hear a sound, reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 15-20 minutes!
