Spare ribs cut into cubes

Add salt, chicken essence, vinegar, sugar, cooking wine, and light soy sauce to the pork ribs, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes

Pour oil into the pot, add some ginger slices, star anise and cinnamon and stir-fry until fragrant

Put the ribs into the oil pan and fry

Fry the ribs for about 2 minutes, take them out and set aside. Also take out the star anise and cinnamon and set aside

Heat the pan again, add the remaining ginger slices and saute until fragrant

Add water to the pot
