Pour a spoonful of salt into the water and soak the cauliflower for a while.

Blanch the cauliflower in water.

Remove the blanched cauliflower and set aside two salted egg yolks. Cut green onion and dried chili into sections and set aside.

Heat oil in a pot and add chopped green onion and dried chili until fragrant.

Add the salted egg yolk and flatten the egg yolk with a spatula.
