For the first time, I tried to make frosting cookies for my children on Christmas Eve

Soften butter at room temperature in advance, add powdered sugar, stir manually first, then stir at low speed until butter and powdered sugar are completely combined

Add the egg liquid in batches, stirring each time until the egg liquid and butter are evenly mixed before continuing to add

After all the egg liquid has been added, add vanilla extract and mix well, then sift in low-gluten flour

Use a spatula to stir until there is no dry powder, then wrap it in a plastic bag and freeze it in the refrigerator for about 45 minutes

After the dough is frozen, roll it out on a baking sheet

Use molds to carve out cookies of various shapes and place them on the baking sheet

Bake in the middle and upper rack of the oven at 165 degrees for about 15 minutes. After the cookies are out of the oven, let them cool slightly before decorating with icing sugar
