Steps
-
Remove the roots of lettuce.
-
Break into two pieces.
-
Wash and soak in salt water for ten minutes.
-
Wash cucumbers.
-
Soak the cucumbers and lettuce, then drain them and set aside.
-
Crush the garlic. Do not cut the garlic directly with a knife in this step. Crush it and then cut it. The garlic juice will burst out, adding a rich garlic aroma.
-
Pour the chopped garlic into a small bowl.
-
Add sugar for freshness.
-
Add appropriate amount of sesame oil to adjust the consistency of the sauce.
-
Finally, pour in the sesame paste. I used ready-made bagged sesame paste, which has its own saltiness, so I didn’t add any other seasonings. If you use original sesame paste or peanut butter, you can add oil, light soy sauce, and appropriate amount of water to prepare it.
-
Mix the minced garlic and sesame paste evenly, and add an appropriate amount of sesame oil depending on the consistency of the sauce.
-
Prepare cucumbers and grater.
-
Shape into long slices.
-
Add salt and stir until slightly softened.
-
Don’t marinate the cucumber skin for too long to keep it crispy and crispy. Just be able to wrap the vegetables without breaking them.
-
Take the cucumber slices and spread them on the cutting board. Arrange the appropriate amount of lettuce and put them on one end of the melon skin.
-
Press and roll up.
-
Roll up and place on plate.
-
Pour sesame sauce in the middle.
-
Plate.
