Rinse the shrimp skin with warm water.

Wash and chop chicory.

Add flour to milk and stir evenly, add eggs and stir to form a smooth batter.

Add dried shrimps, chopped chicory and salt and mix well.

After the oil is heated in a non-stick pan, pour in the batter and quickly turn the pan to spread it into a pancake.

Fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides.

Remove and cut into pieces.
